<h2>Here&#8217;s how to make tasty Masala Rice at home</h2>
<p>1. First, cut all the vegetables, including the green beans, onion, tomato and capsicum. Put them aside.</p>
<p>2. Oil in a pan is now heated. Asafoetida, cumin and mustard seeds should be added. Now, combine the onion, ginger and garlic paste. Let them sauté for another minute. Now add the diced tomatoes and salt. Mix them together and cook for a few minutes, until they&#8217;re mushy.</p>
<p>3. Add all the vegetables, including carrots, capsicum, peas and green beans. Mix turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder. Mix well and cover the pan with a lid. Allow the vegetables to cook for five minutes.</p>
<p>4. Finally, add the cooked rice to the pan and mix it well with the masala. Finally, add garam masala and combine thoroughly. Make sure not to break the rice in the process. Cover the pan and cook for another two minutes.</p>
<p>5. After cooking, add roasted cashews as a garnish and serve.</p>
