Hair growth: Add these 2 powerful ingredients to your coconut oil for long hair

Many ladies prefer long hair, yet it does not grow. Hair loss and a lack of nourishment can both have an impact on hair growth. In this case, if you want long hair that grows to your waist or knees, you can apply coconut oil to your hair as described here. Coconut oil includes a high amount of fatty acids, particularly lauric acid, which is useful in maintaining hair health. However, instead of simply applying coconut oil to the hair, an excellent hair growth oil can be created by mixing just two ingredients.

Fenugreek seeds, coconut oil, and hibiscus flowers are needed to make this oil. Vitamin B6, iron, and vitamin C are all present in good amounts in hibiscus flowers. This flower is beneficial to hair follicles and has anti-inflammatory qualities. On the other hand, fenugreek seeds are an excellent source of antioxidants, minerals and vitamins.

To prepare this hair growth oil, boil some coconut oil and add two tablespoons of fenugreek seeds along with four to five hibiscus flowers. Cook the oil and then set it aside to cool. After the oil has cooled, filter it and place it in a container. Hair growth oil is ready. Apply this oil to your hair and massage it in. After at least one to one and a half hours, wash it off. This oil can also be kept on the hair overnight.

Curry leaves may be added to coconut oil to make it work well for longer hair. Add a small amount of curry leaves to half a bowl of coconut oil; when the leaves start to crackle and become black, turn off the heat. You may apply this oil to your hair and let it for 30 minutes. If this oil is used on the hair 2 to 3 times a week, it will result in better hair growth as well as enhanced shine.
