1. Paneer, peas, carrot, coriander, 1/2 tsp chilli powder, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder and salt should all be mixed in a bowl. Mix everything well. Divide the filling into 4 parts now.
2. Spread the filling equally over one slice of bread. Place another piece of bread on top of the filling and gently push to enclose it. Cut the bread slices that contain the filling into two equal pieces now.
3. Put the besan, one cup water, asafoetida, salt, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, and 1/2 tsp chilli powder in a bowl. To get a smooth batter, carefully whisk the ingredients. Now dip each slice of bread into the batter. Ensure that each slice has an equal coating of batter.
4. The wrapped bread pieces should be added slowly to a kadhai filled with heated oil. Fry them till they are somewhat brown in colour. Repeat this procedure to fry all of the pakoras. Once crisp, transfer to absorbent paper.
5. Once finished, arrange the bread pakoras on a serving platter. Your Paneer Bread Pakora is now ready.
