1. Cut the broccoli into medium florets, blanch in boiling water, and set aside to cool.

2. Mix the hanging curd, grated processed cheese, heavy cream in a bowl, and thoroughly mix.

3. Next, add the chopped ginger, chopped garlic, cardamom powder, white pepper powder, salt and sugar.

4. After that. add the blanched broccoli florets to the mixture and coat them thoroughly.

5. Now put them on a tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes, or until the broccoli pieces are golden brown. Once the cheese has melted, sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese over the broccoli florets.

6. Once completed, put into a dish and top with chaat masala or chilli flakes before serving hot.
