Ingredients of Oats Pizza Crust
- 1 Cup oats
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup hung curd
- Toppings:
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (onion, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, olives, spinach, etc.)
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta or goat cheese or cottage cheese, grated
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish
- Pizza sauce to spread
How to Make Oats Pizza Crust
1. Set the oven temperature to 425°F (220°C).
2. Mix the rolled oats into a fine powder in a mixer.
3. Combine the oat flour, whole wheat flour, baking powder and a small amount of salt in a large mixing bowl.
