How to make Chinese noodles

1. Boil the noodles

Take a large microwave-safe bowl and fill it with water. Then, add oil and salt. Boil for ten minutes. Then add the noodles and cook for 8-9 minutes. Keep stirring in between. Once boiling, drain and wash the noodles under cold running water. Once finished, put it aside.

2. Microwave the veggies and add seasoning, sauces

Next, put oil in another bowl that is right to use in the microwave. 30 seconds at 100% power in the microwave. When the oil gets hot enough, add all of the chopped veggies and cook in the microwave on 100% power for four to five minutes. Stir again. Add Ajinomoto, vinegar, tomato chilli sauce, soy sauce, salt and black pepper. Mix the ingredients well.

3. Add the noodles and microwave again

Now mix the veggies with the added boiled noodles. Microwave on 80% power for 1 minute. The Chinese Noodles are prepared for serving. Serve it hot with Manchurian chicken or vegetables.
