How to make tasty Multigrain Laddoo?

1. In a heavy-bottomed pan, heat the ghee and gently cook the multigrain flour over medium heat until it turns golden brown. Set it aside to cool.

2. In a saucepan, mix 1/4 cup water and jaggery powder (use solidified jaggery if available); filter and remove any impurities.

3. Rinse the pan, then return the filtered mixture to it. Add the cardamom powder. Boil the jaggery syrup until it is thick.

4. Add water to a small bowl and add half a teaspoon of jaggery syrup to see whether the consistency is right. Give it a full minute without touching it. With the mixture that was dropped, try to form a ball. When a soft ball can be formed, the syrup is ready.

5. Turn off the heat and mix the syrup and flour. Make sure that no lumps are present. Add in nuts and mix thoroughly.

6. Shape the balls with your hands after rubbing them with some ghee. Rolling the mixture will be extremely tough if you don’t make the balls when it’s still warm.

7. Let the laddoos rest and cool them down. Store in an airtight container. You can now eat it at any time.
