Ingredients of Schezwan Roti Noodles
- 1 Cabbage (Thinly Sliced)
- 1 Capsicum
- 1 Onion
- 1 Carrot
- 1 Green Chillies (Chopped)
- to taste Black Pepper
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 5 nos Roti
How to Make Schezwan Roti Noodles
1. Heat the pan first, then add oil, chopped onion, and two lengthwise cut green chillies. Fry everything lightly.
2. Add the chopped carrots and capsicum at the same time and sauté them. Finely chop the cabbage and add it to the frying pan.
3. Next, mix in a little amount of salt and black pepper.
4. Keep a low heat while rolling and slicing the rotis thinly.
5. Add the chopped rotis to the pan and well mix with the veggies.
