4 ways to manage sweating during summers

Sweating and unpleasant smells are caused by the sweat glands in your body. Then there’s the apocrine gland, a second kind of sweat gland found in hairy parts of the body like the groin and armpits. Although sweating is normal and even beneficial, you may sweat a lot in summer.

Here are 4 ways to manage sweating during summers

1. Keep underarms clean

To get rid of bacteria and odor, wash your underarms every day with a mild soap or an antibacterial wash. Maintaining cleanliness in the region might help manage body odor and lessen sweat.

2. Change Your Diet

Overly scented foods, such as alcohol, garlic, onions, spicy meals, coffee beverages, etc., should be avoided. If you find that a certain meal makes you smell worse, remove it from your diet or just eat a small amount of it.

3. Do Not Over-Exercise

While being inactive is harmful, overexercising, particularly in the summer, can cause you to sweat a lot, resulting in a bad smell. To prevent sweating, try exercising in colder places, such as indoors.

4. Wear loose-fitting clothing

Wearing tight clothes could cause you to sweat more. Choose light-coloured, loose-fitting clothing for better airflow and minimize sweating.
