Try these yoga poses to improve your flexibility

Butterfly Pose

Bring your feet closer to your hips and sit with a straight back to start this pose. Join your fingers around the pinkie-toe side of your feet, then squeeze the soles together. To get a deeper stretch, softly lean forward from your hips and extend your hands in front of you. Relax your legs and spine, and let them stretch. Do it for at least three minutes in bed in the morning. It’s an excellent way to relax and boost yourself after a restful night’s sleep.

Squat Pose

This pose targets the abdominal muscles such as the obliques and improves everyday movements like bending and twisting. It strengthens the spine and lower body while increasing flexibility in the hips knees and ankles.

Cobra Pose

The cobra pose, also known as Bhujangasana, is an essential part of the sun salutation sequence. It helps to stretch and strengthen the body. This pose also strengthens the back, stretches the abdominal muscles and opens the chest. It also enhances alignment, flexibility and spinal posture.
